Consider and approve a resolution of support for the City of Wolfforth to submit an application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for 2019 Low Income Housing Tax Credit for the Reserves at Saddleback Ranch.
Consider and approve a Resolution for the closing, abandoning and vacating a portion of the easement dedication (street and alley) that was dedicated with Rhodes Acres, Lots 13 & 14 in Precinct 2.
Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an agreement with CDM Holdings, LLC for Seal Coat Project 2019 as a result of ITB 191201 award on December 21, 2018.
Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign the 2019-2020 West Texas Food Service Cooperative Interlocal Agreement with Region 17 Education Service Center.
Consider and approve a purchase of from JP 2 technology fund 098-039-5232100-20, Non Capital Technology Equipment greater than $1,000.00 of a Dell XPS 15 2-in-1 laptop, Dell Active Pen -PN557W and a Dell Business Dock - WD15 with 130W adapter.
Consider and approve the purchase of a Fujitsu scansnap IX 500-document scanner and a Dymo Labelwriter450 Mononchrome Direct Thermal Label Printer from the Judicial Technology Supply fund, 098-039-5201007-20 for Justice of the Peace Precinct 2.
Discuss, consider and/or take action to authorize the County Judge to sign an annual maintenance agreement with Smiths Detection for the two x-ray machines located in the Courthouse.
Consider and approve the nomination from the Stepping Up partners (the National Association of Counties, The Council of State Governments Justice Center and the American Psychiatric Foundation) to be a Stepping Up Innovator County.
Consider and approve an additional 8 hours of personal leave for those individuals identified under Paragraph 7.02 B of the County Handbook as 171 hour and 24/7 civilian law enforcement and correctional staff. This will compensate these individuals for the additional holiday (Presidents Day) which was added to the county holiday schedule as approved October 5, 2018. This adjustment will be made the pay period of the holiday.
Consider and approve the acceptance of a $250 donation to the Lubbock Sheriffs Office to assist with Honor Guard travel.
Consider and approve a resolution in support of the West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association Conference being held in Lubbock in 2021.
Consider and approve out of state travel for Venessa Carter and Greg George to attend HR training in Oklahoma City, OK.
Consider and approve out of state travel for Officer Danny Alvarado and Officer Lawrence Hernandez to attend the National Association of Extradition Officials Training Conference in Roanoke, Virginia.
Discuss, consider and/or take action concerning an order by the Commissioners Court of Lubbock County, Texas calling a bond election for road improvements to be held within said County, making provisions for the conduct of the election and resolving other matters incident and related to the holding of such election.
Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, TxDOT and City of Lubbock projects, signs, parks, and fleet management report.
