Consider approval of necessary actions to effectuate the removal of an obstruction from a public roadway, more specifically described as the alley located between 146th Street and 148th Street between Lot 45 to the West and Lots 39 and 38 to the East, all situated within Indiana South Rural Subdivision. This proposed removal of an obstruction is for the purpose of abating a public safety hazard from a public right of way.
