Consider and approve an application for Installation of Underground Utilities from Atmos Energy to place an anode well within the right-of-way of CR 1100 by drilling a vertical well on the west side of NCR 1100 and south of the centerline of FM 1294, west of Shallowater in Precinct #4 and authorize the County Judge to sign.
