Discuss, consider and or take action to accept a PSAP Grant from the Lubbock Emergency Communication District in the amount of $4,585.54 for the purchase of six large screen monitors and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
CInsider and accept a donation from Aldersgate United Methodist Church in the amount of $911.00 to purchase socks for inmate Christmas gifts. Donated funds will be deposited in the Inmate Programs Donations account.

Report on the status of County Road Projects, Department Staffing, Training and Safety, unpaved and paved road maintenance, TxDOT and City of Lubbock projects, signs, parks, and fleet management report.
